Delta Shores – Big Boxes
We have built many shopping centers and dozens of big box stores, but Delta Shores was a unique project where we combined both aspects of a big box-shopping center. It started with the construction of a ground up 170,000 SF RC Willey furniture store then moved to a 75,000 SF Floor & Décor flooring warehouse store and finished with an 86,000 SF At Home retail home goods store.
