Almaden Ranch Marketplace
Almaden Ranch is one of the largest multi-client retail shopping center developments we have been involved in. We constructed 384,676 square feet of new buildings valued at $63.4M, built over three-and-a-half years.
Buildings include a Bass Pro Shop, City Sports Club, Wyndham Hotel, an office building and eight large retail shop buildings.
Building owners included Hunter Properties, Arcadia Development, Bass Pro, Fitness International and Corinthian Development.
