Palm Desert marked our second ground-up project for West Coast Self Storage. The development consisted of a 53,000-square-foot, fully climate-controlled, single-story facility. In addition to the building construction, our scope included all on-site improvements across the two-acre site, delivering a turnkey solution for our client.
