RC Willey

This is the second new store that Tilton Pacific Construction has built for RC Willey. The ground-up building was steel-framed and wrapped with EFIS. It’s a two-story monster with multiple elevators and escalators to handle the customer traffic. The entrance features a large skylight that brings in natural light to two stone waterfalls which cascade water into reflecting pools. The interior tenant improvements were extensive as the design created lots of different distinctive departments within the larger store envelope.

The project was our first one in Utah and we competitively bid it against 6 local contractors and was awarded the project. It was very successful and we look forward to working with RC Willey on another project soon.
