Florin Towne Centre
Stonehenge Property Group partnered with us to redevelop an old shopping center in Sacramento. The site development was extensive for this 48-acre site. We demolished 900,000 square feet of existing buildings, then completed over 175,000 square feet of new retail shops in 12 months.
Site improvements were extremely complicated due to the requirement of maintaining existing active public utilities while installing entirely new utility systems to accommodate the new project design.
