As the general contractor, Tilton Pacific led the ground-up construction of this 21,250 square foot adult day healthcare center purpose-built to serve seniors in the Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE).
Completed in Fall 2024 and opening to the public in July 2025, the facility includes exam rooms, dental care, a rehab gym, spa services, dining and gathering areas, administrative offices, and a shaded outdoor patio, all designed to promote wellness, community, and dignity in a warm, welcoming environment.
