Toyota of West Covina
This 12-month multi-phased project involved the full renovation and expansion of an existing Toyota dealership in West Covina. The scope included demolition of non-structural interior partitions, tenant improvements to 18,000 square feet of showroom space, a 13,000-square-foot showroom expansion and parts storage addition, with a major remodel of the open service shop. All work was completed to align with Toyota’s current branding standards.
