Tice Creek Fitness Center
TPC completed an extensive remodel to a senior fitness center that exclusively serves the active adult (55+) community of Rossmoor and their guests.
We expanded and opened up the facility to allow more natural light, workout spaces, locker rooms, and offices.
This exceptional remodel won a Gold Nugget Award of Merit for “Best Recreational Use Facility” presented by PCBC. The project was selected from a group of over 600 entries that show case the most exciting trends in design, planning and building by a group of top industry experts
