We have completed four new supermarkets for Seafood City.
Three projects were all second-generation conversions of existing retail buildings.
One project was a ground up 43,000 square-foot market with lots of specialty prepared foods.
Project locations are Concord, Milpitas, and Hayward, CA, and Tukwila, WA.
