Park Plaza
Park Plaza began as an extremely hard dig site and the Merton soils required extra patience. We understood the difficulties with the site and incorporated the complicated mass grading into our project schedule.
We completed the project — nine new buildings that totaled over 220,000 square feet of new retail space — in 12 months.
The developer won the Sacramento Business Journal project of the year.
