Nut Tree Village
The Nut Tree opened in 1921 and has been redeveloped a few times over the years, but nothing compared to the major project we completed in 2007.
Our TPC team of engineers and field staff completed over 200,000 square feet of new retail buildings in just 12 months. The accelerated schedule combined site improvements with construction of 14 new retail buildings.
Tenants in this redeveloped Nut Tree Shopping Center included Best Buy, Old Navy, Borders Books, Home Goods, PetSmart and Sports Chalet.
