Mercedes-Benz of Oakland
Mercedes of Oakland was a relocation project of an older dealership into a new mixed-use building with a parking garage. The project was a unique high end tenant improvement consisting of a 10,000 square foot sales and showroom with a 4,000 square foot mezzanine. Modifications were completed to and adjacent parking garage for vehicle parking and building access. This is our 5th project for Euromotors Auto Group.
