Jim Tilton

Founder

Jim Tilton left Oregon in 1988 to start the California branch of McCormack Pacific Construction, which was renamed Tilton Pacific Construction in 1995. Over the decades, Jim has overseen a substantial legacy of accomplishments. His leadership grew TPC from a small local builder to a large multi-state regional contractor. His favorite part of construction was problem-solving and the sense of accomplishment, whether it was delivering a bid, winning a project, or being part of the construction process from start to finish. Jim retired in 2022 and left a legacy which still contributes to the Company Core Values.
