Irazu Gonzalez

Irazu began her journey at Tilton Pacific as a temporary employee working as an Estimating Coordinator in 2014. She then moved to Operations, becoming a Project Administrator. While working as a PA, she earned her bachelor’s degree in business administration with a concentration in human resource management and organizational behavior. Irazu joined the HR department as HR Generalist while returning to school to earn her master’s degree in business. She now works alongside the DFOB as Senior Business Compliance Manager.
