Our partnership with PacTrust began in 2010 with site grading and infrastructure work on this 100-acre, multi-phase development. In 2023, we expanded our scope to include the construction of two new ground-up industrial buildings.

• Building 112: A 69,364-square-foot concrete tilt-up structure featuring 18 loading docks and 37-foot interior clear heights.
• Building 113: A 78,509-square-foot concrete tilt-up structure with 18 loading docks and 37-foot interior clear heights.

In addition to the vertical construction, we completed all grading and on-site improvements, supporting the continued expansion of this major industrial hub.
