Founded in 1989, Tilton Pacific Construction is a trusted general contractor headquartered in Rocklin, California, with a regional office in Santa Clara, California. We specialize in building high-quality commercial construction projects of every scale and scope across the Western United States. We provide our clients with complete preconstruction and construction services to meet their diverse project needs and expectations.

We complete over $130 million in construction volume annually and maintain a bonding capacity of up to $150 million, giving our clients the confidence to pursue ambitious, complex projects with a reliable partner. History
McCormack Pacific Construction Was Founded
Jim and Stephanie Tilton moved from Portland, Oregon to Rocklin, California and opened a new satellite office for McCormack Pacific Company, our Oregon-based “parent company.”
Successful 1st Year of Business
McCormack Pacific Construction was contracted with a new Target in Redding, California. We moved into our first small office in Rocklin, California which we also built.
Gregg Hall Hired
Gregg was hired as a project manager for a major retail shopping center project.
McCormack Pacific Construction Becomes Tilton Pacific Construction
Jim and Stephanie Tilton purchased the company and changed the name to Tilton Pacific Construction and expanded from big box retail and shopping center projects to include grocery stores.
Company Reaches a Milestone with $60M of Revenue
TPC's volume has grown alongside the relationships that have formed with clients, subcontractors, employees, and consultants.
Harvey Hwang Joined Tilton Pacific Construction
Harvey joined TPC as a Project Manager. He was responsible for the redevelopment of Florin Towne Center, which is the largest project built to date.

New Leadership
Harvey Hwang became Vice President of Operations and Greg Hall became President, taking over for Jim Tilton.
Tilton Celebrates 30 Years of Business
Celebrating 30 years of successful business and the second biggest year in company history.

Tilton Relocates HQ
Our corporate office has relocated to a new and larger facility in Rocklin. We continue to grow and need more space.
