Mike Hazen

Since joining Tilton Pacific Construction in 2006, Mike has built an award-winning safety culture that continues to exceed industry standards. Mike sees construction as a way of life, and construction safety as the way he helps save lives. He is proud of instituting a program where policy and practice intersect to eliminate confusion for our employees and subcontractors. He has previously served on the CalOSHA Advisory Committee to improve the Fall Protection Standard for the construction industry. Mike also leads many of our philanthropic efforts, further serving the industry with positivity.

• OSHA 30 Training Certification
• Certified Safety Management Specialist
• Certified Erosion, Sediment and Stormwater Inspector (CESSWI), and
• Qualified SWPPP Practitioner (QSP), State of California

• Favorite causes: Roseville Police (Shop with a Cop Program), Blue Star Moms/Gold Star Families (US veterans support groups), Annual TPC Christmas Fundraiser, Roseville Moose Lodge (President).
• Fun fact: Mike’s hobbies include construction projects around the home and camping.
