James R. Tilton
President
Jim became president of Tilton Pacific in 1989. In June 1994 he became the sole shareholder of the corporation.
Prior to joining Tilton Pacific, he worked as a Structural Engineer for Bechtel Corporation in San Francisco,
and then as a Project Manager for Westwood Corporation and McCormack Pacific in Portland, Oregon. He has been active
in the design and construction of commercial, office, and industrial projects since 1973. He has an MS in civil
engineering from the University of Washington.

Gregg M. Hall
Executive Vice President, Operations
Gregg joined Tilton Pacific in 1991 as a Project Manager. Gregg is part of the Senior
Management Team at Tilton Pacific. He was promoted to Director of Construction in 1998 and to
Executive Vice President of Operations in 2002. He previously worked as a Project Engineer for
Rudolph and Sletten, Inc. His experience includes the successful completion of over 50 projects,
including numerous major retail buildings, shopping centers, multi-story office buildings,
underground parking facilities, and pharmaceutical production facilities. He has a BS in
Construction Management from California Poly Tech University at San Luis Obispo. Gregg has
overall responsibility for construction of all projects at TPC.

Terry J. Callahan
Vice President, Operations
Terry joined Tilton Pacific in 1996 as a Project Manager and was promoted to Vice President
of Operations in 2005. Terry is part of the Senior Management Team at Tilton Pacific. He has
successfully managed many large commercial retail projects, including a shopping center in
Belmont, Safeway remodels in Willits, Fairfield, Vallejo, Castro Valley and a new Home Depot in
Merced. Terry's previous work includes two and a half years as an estimator for a construction
framing specialist in Chico. He has a BS in Construction Management from California State
University at Chico.

Lisa Reiner
Director of Business Operations
Lisa joined Tilton Pacific in 2005 as the Director of Business Operations. Lisa is part of the Senior Management Team
at Tilton Pacific. Prior to joining TPC, she was the Director of Operations for 13 years at Fleetwood Medical, Inc.
Lisa has a BA in Sociology from the University of California Santa Barbara (UCSB) and a MBA from the University of
Phoenix. Lisa is responsible for Human Resources, Accounting, Project Administration, Office Staff, IT and all of the
corporate filings for TPC.

Nick Gladysz
Director of Estimating
Nick joined Tilton Pacific in 2003 as a Senior Estimator. Nick is part of the
Senior Management Team at Tilton Pacific. Prior to joining TPC, Nick was
a Senior Estimator for both Tim Logan Construction and Meehan McCrea Construction
in Sacramento. Nick has a BS in Construction Management from California
State University Sacramento.

Lary Olson
General Superintendent
Lary joined Tilton Pacific as a Project Superintendent in 1993. After the very successful
completion of numerous projects, he was promoted to General Superintendent in 2005. He is
responsible for all superintendents in the field. He has over 30 years experience as a
Construction Superintendent. Lary is part of the Senior Management Team at Tilton Pacific.

Debi Hertz
Senior Project Manager
Debi has 11 years experience in Construction Management on projects that range from
small tenant improvements to university laboratories and high-rise construction.
Prior to joining Tilton, she worked for Bovis Lend Lease and Howard S.
Wright Construction, Co. She has a degree from UC San Diego and a Certificate
in Construction Management from UC Davis.

Harvey Hwang
Senior Project Manager
Harvey's previous experience includes high-rise office buildings, hotels, multi-family housing,
medical and educational facilities. He worked for VIRTEXCO Corporation,
Webcor Builders and The Redevelopment Agency of the City of San Jose prior
to joining Tilton Pacific. He has a BS in Structural Engineering from
UC San Diego and a Masters in Project Management from Northwestern University.

Robert Santana
Project Manager
Robert has thirteen years of experience in the construction industry. He has a BS in Construction Management from
California State University Chico. Robert's past projects include correctional facilities, educational facilities,
fiber-optic data hubs, municipal support buildings and aquatic centers. Robert also has experience in design and
program management.

Renee Roos
Project Engineer
Renee has over 15 years experience in Construction Management. Prior to her joining Tilton Pacific, she worked
at USA Properties Fund, Inc., a multi-family developer/general contractor
located in Roseville, CA. She has a degree from the University of Nevada-Reno.

Mike Hazen
Safety Director
Prior to coming to TPC, he was the Safety Director for 5 years for Madera
Construction, Inc., a large residential framing contractor. He was responsible
for creating, implementing and assessing the company's Injury and Illness
Prevention Program. Mike has a thorough knowledge of OSHA Regulations,
Wage Orders, Loss Control and Workers Compensation Insurance as they relate
to the construction industry.

Joseph Kim
Estimating Service Manager
Joe joined Tilton Pacific in 2003 as an Estimating Coordinator. He was promoted to Estimating
Service Manager in 2005. Prior to joining TPC, Joe worked in the construction industry in
customer relations.
