About Us
Tilton Pacific Construction's (TPC) goal
is to be a premier general building contractor by being committed to our
clients and to our employees. We believe in providing value to our clients
by completing our projects on time at competitive prices, and with the
highest levels of quality found in the industry. We are relationship-oriented,
so we are highly committed to ensuring the complete satisfaction of our
clients and maintaining these relationships. We also recognize that our
single biggest asset is our employees. We are committed to providing a
favorable work environment for them and to providing salary/benefit packages
that promote long-term employment. Our core values are - Integrity,
Building Relationships, Competitiveness, Quality, Accountability, Professionalism,
and Work/Life Balance. These, along with our mission statement, are
how we do business.
TPC serves California and Nevada out of our office in Rocklin, California,
just outside of Sacramento. We specialize in retail, industrial, and office
projects. Our work includes both site-work and buildings. Our projects
include new buildings, expansions, conversions and remodels. We can work
from your completed set of drawings and specifications; or we can provide
design-build services (supplying design along with construction). Please
refer to the Current Projects and Completed Projects pages for further
information. Our projects typically range in size from $100,000 to over
$25,000,000. Over the years our bonding capacity has steadily increased
to over $50 million.
Our success is also due to our strong team of managers and support personel.
Our construction team is led by Gregg Hall, Executive Vice President,
Terry Callahan, Vice President of Construction, Lary Olson, General Superintendent
and Mike Hazen, Safety Director. Our Estimating staff is led by Nick Gladysz, Director of
Estimating. Our office staff is led by Lisa Reiner, Director of Business Operations.
The real key to our continued success is our strong commitment to client
satisfaction and to the development of long- term relationships. Our customers
are happy with our work and show it by continuing to request our services.
Each year as conditions change, we continue to face increasing complexity
in the rules and regulations that govern our work. We recognize that it
is crucial that we stay current with changes in our industry and we meet
this challenge through ongoing staff training and education. The opportunities
are in front of us and the challenges are difficult. However, we are confident
that we will continue to succeed. We are committed to our clients' satisfaction,
customer service and the well-being of our employees. We are very excited
about the future.
TPC is always looking for qualified Project Managers and Superintendents
to manage commercial projects in California and Nevada. Contact Lisa Reiner,
our Director of Business Operations for information. TPC is an equal opportunity
employer.
