We specialize in retail, industrial, and office projects. Our work includes both site-work and buildings. Our projects include new buildings, expansions, conversions and remodels. We can work from your completed set of drawings and specifications; or we can provide design-build services (supplying design along with construction). Over the years our bonding capacity has steadily increased to over $50 million. Our success is also due to our strong team of managers and support personel. Our construction team is led by Gregg Hall, Executive Vice President, Terry Callahan, Vice President of Construction, Lary Olson, General Superintendent and Mike Hazen, Safety Director. Our Estimating staff is led by Nick Gladysz, Director of Estimating. Our office staff is led by Lisa Reiner, Director of Business Operations.
